  • Locatable Address Conversion System (LACS) corrects address lists electronically for areas that have undergone permanent address conversions. The LACS database consists of address conversions that the U.S.P.S has obtained and verified, primarily as a result of Emergency 911 system implementation. These permanent address conversions typically involve renumbering and renaming rural route, highway route, and box numbers as city-style addresses.
  • DSF (Delivery Sequence File) processing is a great way to verify the integrity of your mailing list. By using information returned from the DSF file, you can determine if an address is accurate, or if the address is likely to be undeliverable. Most people think that if an address has a Zip+4 appended to it through a CASS certified product then the address is good and should be delivered. However Zip+4 information is appended to files based on the address range rather than the actual street address. DSF on the other hand is a database that consists of every physical delivery point in the United States.
  • Deceased Processing enables mailers to eliminate deceased individuals from their mailings prior to a promotion. The annoyance to members of the deceased's household with unwanted mail is prevented. Our file contains over 40 million deceased individuals, usually resulting in identifying 1% to 3% of the file as deceased. The mailer will benefit from an improved response rate, lower costs, and an improvement of the company's image by minimizing mailings to deceased individuals.
